Enriching the lives of children and young adults with disability and chronic illness.

Woodlands

Aquatics

Immerse, improve, and invigorate yourself through aquatic recreation. Aquatics classes are available year-round for all ages and skill levels in our heated indoor pool. Water temperature is maintained at 89 degrees.

Under the direction of experienced instructors, a range of classes are available to suit the varied abilities of all participants, regardless of age or degree of mobility. "Free in the water" describes the sensation of being free of the weight of paralyzed limbs, for those with the severest disabilities. Wheelchair transfer stations and a hydraulic lift make accessing the water easy and safe.
