Halloween Fest at the Woodlands
Family Friendly Haunted Trail
Each October, The Woodlands has enjoyed opening our “haunted” doors to the community to enjoy our Family Friendly Haunted Trail. The event has grown tremendously each year, and increases community awareness of the many charitable programs the Woodlands provides year-round to those with special needs. It also serves as a program-assisting fundraiser.
Events in 2011 included a "Not So Scary" Haunted Trail, face painting, story telling and even a movie and popcorn! Light snacks and refreshments were available throughout the evening as well.
Volunteers assisted us with decorating the trail, as well as “scaring” along the trail on the evenings designated above.
