UPMC Celebration of Lights at Hartwood Acres

The Woodlands would like to thank everyone who visited the 20th Annual UPMC Celebration of Lights at Hartwood Acres, which for the first time, chose the Woodlands as one of its beneficiaries. The spectacular holiday light show was open every night from November 18 through January 8 at Hartwood Acres in Hampton.

The Celebration of Lights attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year to marvel at its displays and has raised over $3.7 million throughout the past 20 yeras.

For a donation, people drove through the hundreds of light displays featuring more than 2 million lights. The suggested donations were: $12 per car; for buses, $3 per person from non-profit organizations, and $5 per person from for-profit organizations. Donations go to the Woodlands and WTAE's Project Bundle-Up benefiting the Salvation Army.

From Nov. 18 through Jan. 8, the Celebration of Lights was open Sunday through Thursday, 6 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 6 to 11 p.m.; and Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, from 6 to 10 p.m. For more information, visit HartwoodCelebrationofLights.com.
