If you have a genuine interest in working and interacting with individuals with special needs to help them learn and grow with dignity, then the Woodlands Foundation is the place for you!
Our counselor team consists of responsible young men and women (ages 18+). They take good care of our participants while helping them have a fantastic experience at our facilities. While some of our staff members have college or job experience in the disabilities field, many do not.
We are selective in our hiring. Those we hire must possess and demonstrate strength of character such as dependability, a generous and upbeat attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide high-quality personal care, as well as flexibility and stamina.
