Who We Hire
Our counselor team consists of responsible young men and women (ages 18+) who take good care of our participants while helping them have a fantastic experience at our facilities. Most of our staff has some college or job experience in a health related field.
We are selective in our hiring. Those we hire must possess and demonstrate strength of character such as dependability, a generous and upbeat attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide high-quality personal care, as well as flexibility and stamina.

Weekend Camp Counselors
We are actively seeking creative individuals who are mature, compassionate, energetic and enthusiastic. Leadership skills, patience, good judgment and a sense of humor are essential. These positions are part-time temporary positions needed for weekend retreats or summer camp programs. Counselors are responsible for the direct care, supervision, and mentoring of assigned campers.
Qualifications for Counselors include:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Ability and interest in working with children/adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to bend/lift/assist with physical care
- Positive and upbeat attitude
Part-time Lifeguards
- The Woodlands is looking to hire for this position
- Indoor aquatic swimming and exercise program for swimmers of all ages with and without disabilities and illness
- Flexible day, weekend and evening hours
- Competitive pay
- Must be able to produce Lifeguard Certification

Part-time Kitchen Help (Dishwashers, Cooking Assistants)
- Help in our Kitchen and Dining Room with various tasks during scheduled programs and activities
